TERMS
Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you purchase or use a Growth Investigation.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you purchase or use a Growth Investigation or another service expressly supplied by Global Web Technologies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. The Growth Investigation
A Growth Investigation is an independent research and analysis service. We examine relevant signals that may include search visibility, advertising information, competitors, public market information, customer journey, existing content and information supplied by you. The scope is investigative and advisory; it is not an ongoing marketing retainer or implementation service unless separately agreed.
3. What you receive
The standard Growth Investigation is a one-off service at the price shown at checkout. We aim to provide a written report identifying evidence, findings and priority actions, including the three actions we would prioritise next based on the information available. Unless stated otherwise before purchase, delivery is normally expected within 3–5 business days after we receive a sufficiently complete Investigation Brief.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and have authority to request an investigation of the business concerned. Do not provide passwords, payment-card security information, unlawfully obtained data or information you are not entitled to share. Delays in providing information reasonably required for the investigation may affect delivery timing.
5. Evidence, estimates and professional judgement
We distinguish factual evidence from estimates, assumptions and professional judgement where reasonably practicable. Research reflects information available at the time it is performed. Search results, advertising platforms, competitors, regulations, markets and third-party systems can change after a report is delivered.
6. No guaranteed commercial outcome
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, advertising performance, AI citations, sales, revenue, profitability or any other commercial result. Recommendations identify actions or opportunities we consider supported by the available evidence; the customer decides whether and how to implement them.
7. Third-party platforms and information
Our work may refer to third-party search engines, advertising platforms, analytics services, websites, datasets and public information. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, continuously available or error-free.
8. Fees and payment
Prices are shown before purchase and payment is processed through Stripe. A purchase is not treated as paid until payment has been successfully confirmed. Coupons or discounts issued by us may be subject to their stated conditions. There is no automatic subscription or recurring charge for the standard Growth Investigation.
9. Starting work and consumer cancellation rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, statutory cancellation rights may apply to an online service contract. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains those rights. Where you expressly request that we begin the service during a statutory cancellation period, we may begin before that period expires. The legal consequences of cancellation after work has begun, and of full performance where the required consent and acknowledgement have been given, are described in that policy.
10. Delivery
Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree a fixed deadline. If a material delay occurs, we will communicate with you. Reports are normally delivered electronically to the email address associated with the order or Investigation Brief.
11. Use of the report
Once paid for, you may use the completed report within your own business and share it with your employees, contractors, advisers or agency for the purpose of acting on it. You may not resell the report as your own research product or commercially redistribute substantial parts of it without permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information supplied for an investigation as confidential and use it for providing and administering the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and any disclosure required by law. We will not knowingly publish a customer's private investigation brief or report as a public case study without permission.
13. Problems with the service
If you believe the service has not been supplied as agreed, contact us promptly with your reference number and the issue. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, Global Web Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from a customer's decision to implement, modify or ignore a recommendation, or from changes made by third-party platforms after the investigation. Customers remain responsible for their own commercial, legal, tax, accounting and advertising decisions.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
