Most dental practices spend on Google and Facebook ads and have no real idea which of it brings a patient through the door. The agency running the ads also writes the report — and because most agencies take a slice of your ad budget, the more you spend, the more they make. So the advice is always the same: spend more.

The Patient Scoreboard is built the other way round. I charge a flat monthly fee that has nothing to do with your ad budget. Your ad spend stays yours — it goes straight to Google and Facebook, never through me.

So I have no reason to push you to spend more, and every reason to make the spend you already have work. If your ads are wasting money, I will tell you to stop — not to spend more. That is, word for word, why my first dental client chose me over the agencies queuing up for him: I was the only one who told him to stop spending until his campaigns were fixed.

What you get

  • I set up the tracking on your advertising myself — the Google and Facebook tags, call tracking from the ads, and your website enquiry forms — so the enquiries your ads produce are actually counted and sourced.
  • I run and watch your campaigns so they stay pointed at real patients, not wasted clicks.
  • One honest page every month: what your ads cost, how many enquiries and calls they produced, what each one cost you, and whether it's heading the right way — including the months it isn't.
  • One clear recommendation: the single thing to change next. Sometimes that's "spend less."

Why it's different

  • My fee is flat, and separate from your ad budget. I earn the same whether you spend €200 or €2,000 a month, so my only job is to make it work.
  • Independent and honest. I'll tell you when the ads aren't earning their keep. No agency that lives on your ad spend will do that.
  • No contract. Month to month. Cancel any time.

What it costs

€149 / month
My fee only. Your ad budget is separate and goes directly to Google and Facebook.

A one-off setup fee, from €195, depending on your current setup. Then €149 a month, no contract, no lock-in, cancel any time. For a practice where one implant case is €2,000 and up, a single extra case a year pays the fee many times over.

It begins with a free brief and a €349 Growth Investigation — an independent look at where your clinic is losing patients and whether any of this is worth it for you. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too. Then, if it makes sense, the Patient Scoreboard starts from there.

Common questions

How much does the Patient Scoreboard cost?

€149 a month, a flat fee, plus a one-off setup fee from €195 depending on your current setup. Your ad budget is separate and is paid directly to Google and Facebook — it doesn't go through me.

Is my ad spend included in the price?

No. The €149 is my fee only; your ad budget goes directly to Google and Facebook. I charge a flat fee on purpose, so I have no reason to push you to spend more and every reason to make the spend you already have work.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel any time.

What makes it different from a marketing agency?

Most agencies take a percentage of your ad spend, so the more you spend, the more they make — their advice is always to spend more. My fee is flat and separate from your budget, so I'm the one person in your marketing with no reason to inflate it, and I'll tell you when to stop spending rather than when to spend more.
